About Jamie
Jamie serves as our Operations Team Lead; she has been in the industry for over 12 years. She specializes in operations support by preparing paperwork, processing new business applications, and handling customer service items. She is also a residential Realtor. Prior to the financial industry, Jamie worked for a title company in Waterloo, in addition to working as a receptionist at a salon in Cedar Falls during college.
Jamie is busy keeping up with her 3 little boys: Jaxson, Kameron & Kaden. She and her husband, Kyle, were high school sweethearts, so they grew up together and have built their family near their childhood homes in Waukee. Jamie enjoys spending time outside, at the ball field, and with her family and friends!
